Friendly, accommodating staff. Perfect location. Excellent value for money. Free parking. Heated boot room. Comfortable mattresses.
Pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Hotel bar could use more atmosphere. The hotel would benefit from basic spa facilities.

Location just in front of the lift station (Pra Rodont) of Pinzolo resort which is connected to the Madonna di Campiglio. But it takes quite a time to get there.
The room is tiny. There was some low noise (maybe from lift station) which was noticable thoughout the night, so if you sensitive sleeper it may be a problem to you. There is no spa or sauna in hotel or nearby.

Breakfast was ok. Of course littlebit warm dish could be like porridge or omlet
You have not any ventilation in your rooms and for this reason It was totally bad. If you are skiing and it is impossible to dry clothes, this is not acceptable. It was nearly impossible to sleep. At the same time you are not heating at night, it mean it is cold and you cannnot open window.

The location was great and the family owning the hotel was very friendly.
The room was small for 4 people. No possibility to make tea in the evening.
