Pros: Wonderful couple running the B&B. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Breakfast was set up on a covered patio near the pool which gave a great Tuscan feel. Everything felt five star and we loved it.

Pros: the location is very quite. The owners are very gentle and loving to serve. This is a B&B where the owners live inside the same location. We had a good time and our expectations where exceeded. The swimming pool is ready for the summer. The breakfast has all your expectations with local products. The rooms are cosy and all have the toscana pavimento in cotto. The rooms are cleaned on daily basis. Parking space are free just next to it. Pietrasanta only 2 min by car. All other places we visit are reachable from the autostrada only 5min away. Overall we would recommend this place eyes closed. As customer if we will be nearly in Toscana we will certainly choose this B&B. Thank you Chiara and Sergio for your warm hospitality. Marco & Cathia

Pros: This B&B was an unexpected pleasure. The rooms were very nice. Clean. Spacious. Lovely breakfast on the patio. Very convenient to Pietrasanta.

Pros: The owners are wonderful , nothing was a problem and as we were able to use the fridge in the kitchen so not having one in the room was not an issue. Our room was beautifully decorated but the bathroom was quite dark and fairly small so I suggest pay more for a bigger room. We stayed 5 nights, we walked into Pietrasanta a few times and also borrowed the bikes, which was fun. The area is beautiful , there is an excellent restaurant opposite. The pool was lovely to use at the end of a busy day sightseeing and the gardens so pretty. Car parking was free and we always got a space. They have a lot of repeat guests which speaks for itself of how lovely this place is. We highly recommend this lovely B&B and the breakfast was amazing !!! Thank you both for everything.

Cons: A bit hard to find. Very narrow driveway with stone wall (we managed to scrape our large car on it).

Cons: Our bathroom was small and quite dark but beautifully decorated and clean. The other rooms I saw had larger bathrooms so my advice , pay more for a bigger room. You get what you pay for but even in the best value rooms you will still have a great stay.

Cons: We did'nt have a car so the walk to the town although only taking 20 minutes was a bit scary as there are no pavements and traffic busy but was well worth it not to have the stress of driving

Pros: The property had excellent wifi and was a nice quiet location.. The room is nice and clean and a good size.
Cons: We stayed at this property as it had a pool.. on arrival we were informed the pool hasn’t been cleaned due to weather which was a bit disappointing as it was the only reason we chose the property. The property is quite nice but just a bit outdated for out personal tastes and it is a bit of a hike to the train station with bags.. maybe best if you are travelling by car.
