The view of camelback mountain from our room and the spa and the food!!!
Not enough live music.
Very nice location, cosy atmosphere.
Beautiful grounds and good room layout.
The facility was under construction while we were there but there was no mention of it when we made our reservation. T. Cooks’ food was somewhat disappointing but the service was great.
Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We checked in early with no additional fee, they gave us sparkling cider instead of champagne upon check in because I'm pregnant, we had complimentary chocolate covered strawberries, and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant on site was included in our stay and was delicious. We had an allotted amount of money to spend off of the breakfast menu each day. We tipped our server $15 each day and ended up only paying $6 extra on our bill. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was huge with great water pressure. Absolutely loved staying here.
The only thing I found strange is how small the pool is. It worked out because we went to the pool in the morning but by the afternoon it was pretty packed.
Everything about the property is amazing, if you're looking for a quaint romantic stay you'll love it.
