Pros (+) I loved that I could use the EoS gym! The restaurant was fantastic and all the Staff were absolutely wonderful.
Cons (-) The pillows and bedding was too soft...no neck or back support in the bedding. Other than that, a wonderful stay...I would stay there again next time in Phoenix

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the location - easy walk to arena and convention center and light rail. Plenty of restaurants, clubs, live music choices nearby as well.
Cons (-) While I didn't mind, some may be put off by the need to leave the hotel and cross the plaza to access fitness center and breakfast. Both are well worth the "inconvenience"
