We stay for 3 nights Second night of the stay the room above us started leaking water in to our room at 11 pm . VERY not happy…
Pros:Location convenient to the interstates
Cons:Nose all night long from machinery and guests upstairs. Couldn't get a good night's sleep ay this hotel. Also under renovation, facilities a mess.
Cons:The air conditioner in the bedroom blew right on my face, which was very uncomfortable.
Pros:Needed a good sleep before flying home. Quiet but close to airport. Good beds. Accessible to city for last nights meeting. It worked great.
Pros:Place has everything you could want; restaurant, bar, coffe-cookie station, pool, fitness, business center, LOVED that the "Pavilion Pantry" was open 24/7. Got in late after a show & wanted snacks, everything was well stocked, good variety/choices and it was 'gimme this, gimme that, charge it to the room, thankyouverymuch. An extra juice/Gatorade in the mini-fridge for the morning just makes sense when traveling! Hotel is well kept inside & out. LARGE Room is spacious, love a bathroom that is NOT cramped. Furnishings are new, clean, bed is very comfortable. If we had stayed longer I would have given the restaurant a try. The breakfast buffet looked very complete AND an omelette station for reasonable price. Neighborhood/area was convenient but the property felt secluded/private at the same time, nice. Ample parking even late night, when does that ever happen? :)
Cons:The room itself could have used a mirror and the shower had JUST enough water pressure but that is nit picking, we do almost monthly one nighters to Phoenix area and we will be back for sure.

Cons:Beds too soft for my arthritic back Loudness of air conditioning that kept waking me up, but needed to keep it on since Phoenix was 115 degrees outside Very rude and loud and noisy guests in hall - but they are in every hotel, I know
Cons:The bed was stated online to be an adjustable comfort bed but was only a pillow top type. I didn't think the bed was very comfortable at all. The window at the end of the hall overlooked a really awful property full of garbage and cars. The restaurant was a great convenience since there was not much around the hotel to go to. The staff in the restaurant was very professional and nice. The food was also pretty good. Since we only stayed one night to catch an early flight it was fine.
