Nice for Early Morning Flight
Easy airport access location, super friendly staff. We left before breakfast as we had to catch an early flight but were given "to go" bags with granola bar, muffin and piece of fruit. Something that no other hotel has ever done for us. Bottled water and a cookie at check in were nice after a long day.
Undisclosed hotel fee upon checkout was an unpleasant surprise. Only $5.00/day, but I was under the impression that my "full payment" when I booked meant that it was paid in full... Hallways were freezing (outside temp was in mid 70's), wall thermostat in room didn't work

There was some sort of teenage girls summer camp on the premises which clogged up the breakfast rooms some mornings but they were well behaved. It was a minor inconvenience. Would enjoy staying with you again.

A gem in the middle of the city
the room was spacious and nicely decorated. the breakfast was very nice and a variety of things to choose from. the hotel looked clean and updated. very nice
the amenities in the bathroom did not include the usual cotton balls, qtips, and NO SHOWER CAP!

Clean, comfortable, near the airport and good shuttle service hours. The 3 staff members that I had contact with were excellent.
The room had a couple plumbing issues. The drain in the shower and the sink were both very slow. The sink faucet was not attached to the countertop.

Good hotel poor location
Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious
While staying at the hotel our car was broken into. The rear window was smashed. We weren't notified by the hotel because they do not ask for vehicle information. The hotel security tried to deter the thief but to no avail. They didn't try to make any kind of compensation or even apologize for the inconvenience. Also there weren't any vending machines although there were signs for them.
