Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near key attractions, friendly and helpful staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Many found the service welcoming and the atmosphere peaceful. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, particularly regarding the pool and some facilities. While some rooms were described as clean and well-equipped, others mentioned problems such as insects, lack of hot water, and poor upkeep. Overall, the positives centered on location, service, and room size, but improvements in cleanliness and facility maintenance are needed.
