Cons: We stayed on the room with the spa tub. The shower was on the tub as well, but since both were in the corner of the room itself instead of a bathroom area, the room ended up moist and the floor wet quite a lot. They should rearrange this better in my opinion.

Pros: The receptionist on Sunday was very helpful. The veranda and the view of Room 301 were beautiful.
Cons: The receptionist could have better orientation for tourists. Getting to the location was difficult because it is not well marked. The breakfast was adequate but lacked variety. There were items in the room that needed repair. Rooms, in general, were small.

Cons: The room itself seemed to not be used in a while and although it seemed clean, it had some dust in the bedsheets/pillow cases that sprang up my allergies, this was solved by requesting extra pillows which came with clean and fresh.

Pros: Good location, right in the middle of everything and very accessible by foot. Breakfast was good and had everything you would want. Our later interactions with hotel staff was good and they were friendly.

Pros: The location was great. It is located in the city centre just a few steps from the high street, from the Imperial Museum and from many other touristic attractions. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast was simple but OK, but the restaurant staff was not very welcoming.

Pros: The staff was very courteous and friendly. I arrived very early, asked to drop the luggage and Paulo said the room was available. He didn’t charge anything for the early check in. The hotel is located at the right spot. Short walk to main touristic attractions, bars, nice shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very good. The rooms and restaurant were spotless. The room is very spacious and the shower was warm an good.

Pros: Good location, right in the middle of everything and very accessible by foot. Breakfast was good and had everything you would want. Our later interactions with hotel staff was good and they were friendly.
Cons: Our initial contact with the Reception upon arrival was not pleasant, we had some questions and the staff on duty was dismissive and not very helpful. The fan in our room was detaching from the ceiling and we had concerns about it falling on us. There were bread crumbs in the couch. There should be better maintenance of the facilities.

Cons: The bedroom had been renovated, even though it still looks quite old. There were no drawers or hangers in the wardrobe. The electric shower had electric cabling exposed. The lift is quite old and slow. It was noise at night - we could hear the engine of the lift.

Cons: It’s a simple and old hotel so don’t expect anything luxurious. The fridge was a bit old. My room was close to the elevator which was kind of noisy but otherwise the place was quiet. Great value to spend a weekend close to the imperial museum.

Cons: I had to change rooms. My first room had a window to the front street that did not close. Bugs were entering the room. The bathroom had an awful odor. The second room was a little better, but very old. From the window I could hear the conversations in most of the other rooms.
