Breakfast was alright

Booked a family room but got a triple. Told they had no bigger rooms, all rooms were the same. Paid more for the same room. Third bed was too small, ok for a child. AC was not great. Some road noise bit to reside rooms were ok.

Nice pool. Reasonable beverages.

The air conditioning was not as described. Checkout at 10:00 a.m. was ridiculous!

Bed was comfy and the pool area was often very quiet, room was spacious, nice fluffy towels, air-con was decent.

Poor breakfast, just toast / cereal not much else , finished extremely early (9:30AM!) and if you went any later than 9AM pretty much all the food was already eaten / very little left. The pool was very dirty as was the pool area - there was loads of dirt / sticks / rubbish on the pool floor, not that it’s a huge issue (as the weather is so nice) but it’s also freezing. The staff (male) all very unfriendly and unwelcoming, asked If they served dinner and “no” was barked at me. Didn’t appear to want you to be there, there is a bar however it looked permanently closed - I think you could ring a bell to get service however after my experience of the staff I didn’t want to bother them anymore. Housekeepers walk into the room at 8/9AM to clean (which is extremely early by other hotel standards!) and then tell you to hurry up and leave so they can clean - which was a bit rude as we still had half an hour till check out (again very early at 10AM so be aware before you book!!) However, the lady on reception/check in was nice. Again this is something to take note before booking - it is situated right next to a huge motorway/highway. Traffic goes on all day and night, I slept ok but if you are a light sleeper or are bothered by noise you will not sleep, it is literally 5 metres from the room.
