Mould on ceiling, shower wet whole bathroom floor and no extra towel for mopping up, balcony was filthy.
It is within walking distance to HBF Park (previously NIB standium). Cheap to stay at, if only a quick over nighter after a game or concert it would suffice. Linen was clean. 2 X bottles of water in the room. Staff are friendly.
It is an odd hotel, first floor is the hotel and remaining are its residents. The reception area was a mess of office supplies, paper work etc. The sofa had many miscellaneous stains on it. The bathroom floor hasn't been tiled correctly so the water doesn't drain, it just sat there. We were given a disability room and the bathroom was a wet room but as there was no shower curtain and the water didn't drain, if you were disabled it would be a hazard. The bathroom door had stains up it. Light and road noise also filters through. Unable to check out prior to 8am if you need to get your car out of the parking lot. Only supplied two pillows (one each) so remember to take your own. No mini bar or room service so bring your own snacks.
Convenient to free bus stop and restaurants.
Renovation works going on in hotel. Bathroom flooded with every shower and no light bulbs in lamps
other than the renovations going on and paintworks in the room, it was good at best
