Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight the hotel's convenient location near city attractions and nightlife as its main positive aspect. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Service is also criticized, including issues with staff attitude, slow responses, and problems with deposits and check-out. Additionally, the elevator is frequently mentioned as being small, slow, or inconvenient. Overall, while the location is appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
