Very close to the beach, located a bit outside of the city centre but still a walking distance if you like to walk, decent breakfast, very clean, a small bottle of water gratis every day, nice staff.
Moskitos in the garden and the reception area, shower - impossible to adjust water temperature (was burning).

Both receptionists are very friendly and helpful, positive, speak great English. Thanks guys, you made me feel so great there! I liked that it's just minutes away from the beach. But at the same time away from all the bars, restaurants and traffic. Everything was great, it's just the cleaning that is an issue. But if management cares, it's easy to fix.
Cleaning needs to step up. Thailand already has different cleanliness standards, but cleaning staff here is just lazy and do only absolutely basic stuff. There were lots of fingerprints all around from other guests, bathroom was barely cleaned properly, many spots (including shelves for clothes) were way too dusty and it smelled in the room. I asked staff for a better cleaning, but cleaning staff are just lazy. One of the days I passed by one room (doors were open) and saw cleaning "working" on their phone sitting on a chair. Came back one hour later and saw the same view. Also, one morning when I was still in bed a cleaning guy just walked in the room, that was awkward. Overall the stay was great, just the cleaning staff needs to be either told to actually work or be replaced.

The location of the hotel is amazing, everything you need is in walking distance.
There was one russian guy working at the reception. He was really arrogant, unfriendly and not helpful at all.
