Pros (+) Beautiful grounds
Cons (-) Horrible service. Staff barely spoke English and were super unhelpful, unaccomodating, making it a bad experience. A resort is more than a place to sleep, it is also having the resort experience. This is just a place to sleep with no service, may as well go to a hostel. Bed is hard, spa isn't open, taxis can't find it, pool was dirty, but the grounds are very beautiful and peaceful and nice design...
