The professionalism and friendliness of Reception was very important and the fact that the Hotel was well run and the staff made us feel welcome. I had not stayed at the Kisses for over 10 years and it felt a bit like coming home.
I disliked the fact that there are extra charges for such things as the use of the fridge or the safe deposit box. These should just be included in the general costs. I also feel that some old-fashioned practices, such as putting the key in the box before leaving the Hotel, should be up-dated. There should be better coffee and juices at breakfast.
