Cleanliness and too far from the beach

Staff wasn’t friendly was told could not take pics or video on phone also hit on by staff at the pool which made me uncomfortable and is unprofessional or play with a water ball in the pool while others had the same also tub was nasty and not cleaned no sheets or pillow cases for the pull out blinds didn’t work ice maker broken other peoples trash was left in the room and elevators were broken causing only one to work at a time each day horrible Birthday vacation expected better

The service was excellent. Staff was very polite.
There were roaches in the kitchen of the condo we stayed in, the dishwasher leaked, the washer was so unlevel it would rock into the dryer, washer had rocked into the dryer so much it had damaged the plug on the wall, causing a electrical hazard, half the plugs in the condo didn't work, you couldn't plug in a lamp and a charger in at the same time, and the chargers would fall out of the wall the plugs were so loose.

Pool very good,complex or resort place very good and bautiful.......can I to recomend....
The 2 mattresses look like hammocks in the center room,was uncomfortable.... Not good clean..... When I got on booking the room I’ll saw that i have rented one apartment in the center building with ocean view that boockin show on the web, but when did check in the staff send us to the villas back the building # 1216 not really good at all... Specify which parts of the complex are renting according to photos and costs at the time of choosing the stays (specify if they are actually ocean view, photos and cost, villas without ocean view photos and costs) and so the guests, not having to give bad points to booking or to the complex....☹️

Beach
No linen for the sofa bed. No broom to keep the sand at bay. Several knobs for cabinets were loose and constantly falling off. Towel rack in master bath was unusable. The refrigerator had rust on the out side. There was stains on kitchen and bathroom walls(not sure what they were. The bar wasn’t clean had dried food on it.
