Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location and enjoyable pool area. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness concerns, especially with rooms and ongoing renovations, which detracted from the overall experience. Breakfast and amenities received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed. While the ambiance and some facilities were praised, the hotel did not always meet expectations for a five-star property.
