The location was good. Spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Lack of facilities when it was advertised they were available. Refreshments advertised were also not available.

Really poor facilities, no spa, no swimming pool, zero indication that the whole spa burnt down and had no access for guests paying exorbitant amounts
The utter lack of value for money, room had minimal air con, moldy milk for coffee, uncomfortable old furniture and an utter lack of luxury even for one who can appreciate art

Incredibly friendly staff made our stay really relaxed and personal. The rooftop terrace is glorious and hard to leave! But we loved exploring the city (cathedral 2 minutes away) and then took advantage of the hotel’s free bikes to go for a swim in the Med.
Our fairly small room felt overpriced (despite use of the beautiful communal palace spaces) and breakfast was expensive. We’d definitely return but would ask for a larger room.
