Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location and easy access to the ocean, highlighting the beautiful views and proximity to local attractions. Several reviews mentioned friendly and helpful staff who tried to accommodate guest needs. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs, dirty rooms, and musty smells. Some guests also noted that the pool and other amenities were not always fully functional, and a few found the beds uncomfortable. Despite these issues, many guests appreciated the updated furnishings in some rooms and the overall value of the stay.
