Cons (-) We left without even spending the evening. There were holes in the wall, the room was humid, with a crack under the door that we could stick our hand through and stained sheets. Definitely not what we thought we’d be getting. Lost nearly $80.

Pros (+) Recently updated rooms. The breakfast in the morning was good but the area is small and congested.
Cons (-) The rooms needed to be dusted, badly. They seemed to lack the quality control needed. The bathroom floor was a mess too.

Pros (+) This is a fine place to stay for a night or two. The very basic breakfast that is included is a quick way too get started. The location is great though: easy access to the highway and plenty of restaurants.
Cons (-) It's obvious the people are trying to improve the place, so maybe in a year or so it'll be a great little motel. For now though you can see the wear in the place under the fresh paint.

Pros (+) It was neat and close to the Falls. Convenient location-wise, close to target, taco -bell and other eateries. And not far from Falls.
Cons (-) Room was so small that it barely fit the room. Little walking space around bed which caused quite a inconvenience to put luggage or any bags. Very much compromised on the floor-plan. Break-fast staff was not helpful and attentive. Overall it was a poor experience especially if you have kids.
