Cons (-) The sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. A red fingernail was the first thing I saw when I pulled down the sheets. I felt unsafe on the property. There were about 15 men hanging out around my room. I arrived at 11pm. Their stereo speakers were on the walkway and the music was blaring. The couple in the next room was fighting and I could hear every word of their" expletive deleted" ...

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and temperature, room was clean, booking was straightforward, check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. We were looking for a comfy place to sleep & a hot shower and that's exactly what we found.
Cons (-) Rooms are outdated and well used. Room was clean, but walls, ceilings, and bathroom could use some attention and repairing of cracks, stains, and holes. Breakfast was a basic contenintal with a waffle iron, but didn't have cooking spray to use it. But didn't expect much more for the budget price.
