Location was superb (we used the hotel for a base)
The location was great, room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also loved that the subway was right at the corner.
The noise.. I can hear our neighbors going in and out also some noise from the street. No coffe/tea amenities.. The sliding door of the toilet was noisy
Room was super quiet, staff was outstanding and attentive. Bathroom lacked a bit of counter space but that’s the only downside.
Shower was excellent. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Room was roomy and very comfortable.
View was ok. Room would not cool down below 71 on the last evening.
All meals were delicious and well presented if a little pricey , watch out for hidden taxes in addition to 18%service charge and 5 $ admin charge on room service .
I had problems with overcharging so do check all room chits thoroughly, it was dealt with at checkout but keep a record of what you sign . Also , had a relocation issue because if noise from the rooftop bar .It was eventually rectified , however it took far too long to be sorted and had to be escalated beyond the hotel management in order to be heard .
