Everything was great, was in the middle of everything
Location the fruit water and general friendliness of staff
The ice machine on 14th floor did not work. most time the staff was very helpful. There was young man who when I asked if I could get ice. he told me to check the floor below. not as helpful as he should be. got the feeling we were put him out
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get a newspaper for me, which they did not need to get for me. They even race out to the street to hand me the paper before I walked too far way.
Having to pay for internet is always a bummer, but otherwise there was not really anything to dislike.
The bed was very soft and comfortable. I enjoyed the view as well.
I loved everything
Only a block off of Canal St and near Bourbon St.
