The location is amazing! The hotel lobby is nice the rooms are okay.
We never had maid service, we had to call down for clean towels, toilet paper and to top it off the power went out on our last night which means we had to shower in the dark and check out earlier as only one elevator was functional.
Nice & clean
Price a little high
There was no WiFi with paying $14 per night! After being rude from the beginning, they up charged the price without mentioning it. Then, the front desk worker did not go over the rates or print out an agreement. It was a less than average experience and I would no recommend if you’re trying to travel on a budget. The beds were nice, and the great location is great for walking to the city.
Clean and friendly
Clean and close to where you want to go but not hear while your trying to sleep
The parking had to pay to stay 45 dollars a night not right a

The hotel is walking distance from Bourbon Street, is located along the Mardi Gras parade route, and only a few blocks away from the French Quarter. The Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles was restored in 2007 and renovated in 2014. The original chandeliers, marble floors, and marble walls are still intact, making for a beautiful and historic sight.

The food in New Orleans is a must-try, and the Luke restaurant at the hotel is no exception. It has a lively atmosphere, curated wine list, and specialty cocktails. There is a raw bar and a Creole-inspired menu that is wonderful for tasting what the city has to offer. Luke is led under the direction of Chef Erick Loos. Classic Creole dishes to try include the shrimp and grits, gumbo soup, and boudin sausage. Crawfish boils are offered when in season.
Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles Avenue is able to accommodate the needs for larger events like business conferences, weddings, and family reunions. There is over 10,000 square feet of indoor event space.
