The location was convenient as it is right across from the Xuanwu Lake and quiet central. There are also shops and restaurant downstairs and nearby.
The service was poor, staff were very unprofessional, unlike any so-called 5 stars hotel especially not like any Westin hotels I have stayed previously. The room was old and dirty. The shower door was broken and there were rubbishy left in the room. There is NO PARKING! Even though the description says there is. I’m still questioning whether this is a REAL Westin!!!
