Staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Having four excellent restaurants next door at the Fairview makes this a great place to stay for work. No need to leave the grounds to go from Town Lodge to Fairview. Taxi service, if a bit expensive, is first rate. The laundry service is one of the best I have seen. Wi-fi is reliable. Access to the Fairview gym is a big benefit.
Ventilation in the rooms could be improved.

Breakfast could be much better. Bacon was soggy all 3 pieces that were available. Mushrooms were cold and a very strange sausage that was full of garlic and curry i think.

The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly and efficient. The hotel is kept exceptionally clean and functional. The food is delicious (although a little pricey) and the gardens are lovely!
