Pros (+) The hotel itself if fine, clean and I really enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The location was ideal for me as it was waking distance from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and banks.
Cons (-) The location is probably the main downside. It's located in a busy part of the city, where even some locals wouldn't venture but as long as you don't go walking around by yourself at night and acting like a tourist you'll be fine.
