The location and facilities are amazing.
Staff seemed unbothered and sometimes stuck up. My friends in other hotels in town spoke of their amazing welcome and experience, at this hotel, I felt I had to beg for service. No smiles (except the cleaning lady, and the valet), everyone looking like they would rather not be there, it was sometimes unpleasant to be around the staff.
Hotel is beautiful, staff were extremely friendly, helpful and personable. All the food was lovely (but expensive) and they couldn't do more for you and the hotel facilities are great. The remembered your drinks order so bar staff had them almost ready the second you got to the bar, they remember your room number, tea/ coffee/ table preference at breakfast. The house keepers took noticed to the small things like, the amount of mosquito wipes used and would leave more for us on the bed during turn down service or which of the Molton Brown shower gels we liked and put extra in the room. There is an hourly shuttle between the hotel and Mykonos Port free of charge with the last bus coming back from Mykonos at 1am which is also fab. They organised free transfers between the hotel and airport, someone waiting for us.... It really was great
No shops locally so unless you have a car or get a taxi to a shop you'll be paying €4 per bottle of water. British thing, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. No lower cost places to eat in the hotel and nothing other than Elia Beach bar in walking distance so you are looking at a minimum €200 per day per couple for food + soft drinks. More if you include alcohol. The hotel is beautiful, so are the views, food there is great and for a hotel, the gym is fab BUT..... we paid for the suite with private pool which for me wasn't worth what we paid for. The larger room doesn't connect to the bedroom, you have to walk out the side door and past the pool. So your room actually feels pretty small and basic. The pool doesn't get the sun until after lunch so if you want to tan you'd need to go round the main pool. The outside room is great, in theory, but for 2 people its a bit of a strange space. A sofa and dining room table to seat 6 with no air con there so when it gets the sun in the afternoon it has a green house affect and its WAY too hot to sit in there and be able to use it.
Everything was perfect

Perfect and stunning location Reliable and professional staff going more than once over the expectations Free frequent shuttle bus to Mykonos town Free pick up transfer from/to the airport Top spa treatments
Cocktails overpriced considering the quality Sishu sushi bar a little bit disappointing compared to the entire complex experience
Great design and nice rooms
It was far from the city center and the shuttles weren’t available all the time
