Cons (-) No list of local restaurants, tv didn’t work, toilet seat broken, staff didn’t have any batteries or solutions for broken tv. This was just like every lousy outside-door motel I’ve ever stayed in.

Cons (-) I don't think this place deserved an "excellent" rating. It is obviously an old motel that has been renovated, but still sort of shoddy. Garbage truck picked up garbage at 1:30am making a loud beeping...
