The breakfast staff was amazing. All the other employees need to be replaced. Room temperature was 74 degrees during the day. Luckily it was cool at night. Pool was over pumped with chemicals. An elevator was out of order. The other two elevators were in need of work. The whole place needs a renovation.

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) The night staff person counted us as a no-show after midnight even though it stated in our note that our ETA was 1am. She actually turned us away and made us go to another hotel. Still have not seen a refund. We are Hilton Diamond members so we are giving them the opportunity to fix it.
