Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, highlighting its proximity to the market and main attractions. Many reviews mentioned the staff as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to their stay. Cleanliness of rooms and common areas was also appreciated by several guests. However, there were repeated complaints about poor value for price, with some guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for the services provided. Amenities such as hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi were frequently criticized for being inadequate or unavailable, and some guests noted that the hotel is old and undergoing renovations. Overall, while the location and service were strong points, improvements are needed in amenities and value for money.
