The staff were very warm and welcoming, they were happy to chat and were more than happy to assist. The bed was incredible, was nice and quiet location, food tasted amazing but way overpriced for the serving size.
The size of meals, especially for the high price you're paying. The variety on the menu, unless you're after a fancy meal (even through room service) you don't have any 'standard' meals to choose from, and being a non seafood eater I was left with the option of steak or chicken breast to which i had the sirloin steak and ended up going to maccas across the road after because I was still starving.
The bathroom was a disabled room and plumbing was non compliant with government regulations (thermostatic temp control valves not installed). Shower kept going very hot/ scolding.
Location was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was huge!
TV sound was intermittent, some of the lights didnt work and with a bright light out the front of the room the curtains didnt block out a lot of the light.
The complimentary toiletries were luxurious :D and well worth the visit.
We were worried about the location so close to the main road but it worked out okay. The carpark was on a strange lean to our room.
The leather armchairs. Nice big room.
The desk chair was very worn out and let the otherwise excellent quality of the room down (room 28)
