24/7 registration, great location, everything you need is in a room (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer etc). Bed is very comfortable. A nice bar is 5 mins walking.
Room is small, so you feel yourself a little bit like in a train :) Breakfasts...first you almost have no space to eat or you can eat in your room - but both variants are not so great. Stuff is friendly from one point, but quite weird from another :) girls at the reception look like they live at a neighbor room :))) However the price is good, but I am not sure I am ready to repeat this experience.

It’s a good price, quite clean and not fora from a the city center.
The walls are like done of paper. It’s quite noisy, you here everything, like other guests talking in the next room at night. We couldn’t sleep well.

We've entered this property on Thursday but had to leave the next day, without using the second day of accommodation. The reason is that it is not possible to sleep at the property at all. The floors don't have any carpets in the corridors and the doors are not sound-isolated. People were walking till 4 in the night, and very irregularly, so that it is not possible to sleep. The walls are so thin that even sound-isolating headphones didn't help isolate the night noises. I slept in total around 2 hours out of 8 in this property. I was woken up without my will due to that the cleaner was constantly and IRREGULARLY making noice with her basket right out of the door all the time. The hotel itself isn't a hotel, but rather a hostel, as it is situated in an ex-basement. There is no airflow in the rooms and it was difficult to breeze. The smoking is directly in the ventilation in the night in this non-smoking hotel and it was even more hard to breeze because of this. We moved to a nearby hotel for less price and 8.6 rate compared to 8.4 in Mint, but the difference is ASTONISHING. It appears that Mint on Tishinka isn't a hotel at all and it was confusing to find it as a hotel with 8.4 rating.е The property manager refused to refund the payment.
