the broken fan in our coffin gave approximal air flow that equated to the airflow of a corgi docked tail, when it is sad, which is how I left this hotel.
the coffin was horrible very dirty, if you want to catch something you are in the right place. the staff were rude and unhelpful. very dirty place, we don't want to know what our neighbours where doing at night...… by the way goodluck with finding it.
Quite hot and no air in the room and there were many mosquitoes bit us
The bedroom that we were in did not have windows, which suited us fine because it meant it was dark in the morning so we could sleep without being interrupted by the early sun! Also, a good, spacious common area with many tables to hang out. There were also some board games also available.
Lack of information about the city or at least general places eg. closest supermarkets and atm, tourist information, suggestions for some nearby good places to eat, drink, info about how to use the public transport system etc. The staff didn’t speak English well so having this information available (eg. a folder, posters) would have been helpful. There is no common kitchen for cooking - but there was a fridge and microwave so you can at least keep some basic food.
Great setup of capsules, cosy and roomy with shelves and hooks and even a lockable door. Also very comfy mattresses! Could leave my bag there after check out until my train went in the evening.
Staff could do much better in the friendliness department. None of the 3 staff we met spoke a word of English, which is not really a problem, but a smile or friendly gesture would have been nice...
I wouldn't recommend to anyone staying at this hotel, of course if you have money you'd better spend a bit more but stay at the real hotel. Don't click the bait (the price), it is a hostel and my stay was terrible there. I wished to GET OUT of that place as soon as possible. I was there to do some business and stayed at hotel for 5 days/4 nights. I waited at the airport for my flight for 15 hours because I couldn't stay at that hostel any longer. I was so happy getting OUT of there.
