Cons: After 10 p.m. there is no one to attend you if you need something. The shower water didn't get hot enough for the cold weather in there. At check out time, defined by them, there wasn't anyone at the reception to receive the keys, we had to search around the place to find someone to do this.

Cons: The place is a dump: Dark room in old building, much darker than shown in the photo-shopped photos on the website. No hot water in shower. No heating at temperatures below 0 Celsius. Poor breakfast. We left after one night and booked a room in a new and modern pousada 50 meters across for the same price.
