Cons: On this visit our internet/WiFi connection was very poor, dropping off frequently & failing to connect. We have not had this problem before & our room was at the very end of the hall, nonetheless the staff seemed disinterested in the problem - or perhaps it cd not be improved.

Cons: The confusion of billing as I was paying for 3 rooms thank heavens the front desk helped me through the charges and deposits on the bill, it took about 40 minutes to figure it all out

Cons: The only nit I had was the in room coffee maker - the Starbucks coffee packs didn't properly fit the coffee machine, resulting in a little spillage and awkwardness.

Pros: Cap Tremblant is the Resort to be at when you visit Mont Tremblant. With a generous number of high-end Condo Units on site, there is no shortage of friends to potentially gain. Visitors are diverse. Many people come to enjoy skiing/snowboarding on the mountain, while others have a blast partying. Cap Tremblant also has a fantastic shuttle for timely pickup and drop off to the mountain and back.

The view was spectacular and the our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Overall, a fabulous stay. We will be back next year! Though, we will be upgrading to a two bedroom condo. :)

Cons: Hot-Tub/Pool hours set at 9:00AM - 9:00PM. We found the closing time somewhat inconvenient as it seems to cater to the older crowd.

Cons: The bed wasn't overly comfortable, but totally doable for a three night stay. There was a memory foam topper on the mattress, which I wasn't a fan of. The entranceway/hallway was very small in the one bedroom condo.

Cons: The parking was a nightmare to find, as was the reception desk. The room was impossible to find -- the front desk had to send someone to guide us. We lost maybe 2 hours wandering around the village, the parking and the endless corridors of the hotel. Not worth it.

Pros:
Cons: From the first 5 minutes in the hotel the experience was not great. When I went to check-in the staff had no record of my stay in their system other than a voucher was used. I had to provide proof of the voucher which it said no where when I booked. I had to then email the front desk staff from my phone (I had to hotspot to her phone) so I could actually forward the email as I don't have data.
I went to check-in at 2:45pm and was told the room was not ready that I would have to wait until 4pm when they would call me - understandable. At 4:05pm I finally received a call that my room was ready.
The bed was old (had a sag in the middle) and when I went to have a shower after a long day on the hill the water was nuke warm when set to the hottest it would go.
Location is the only perk of this hotel. We stayed at the Mariott the night before and received some of the best hotel service I had ever received. I would highly recommend the Mariott.

Cons: Certain things were not included on arrival. No paper towel not enough toilet paper. There was pee on the comforter so we had to wash it. The wifi didn't work and no one came to fix it.

Pros: The building was close to the Mont Tremblant Casino which has a free shuttle to the Village. The unit 1500-2 has a complete kitchen fully equipped with pots & pans, dishwear and a dishwasher. There is space for storage of sports equipment.
Cons: The unit we were assigned 1500-2 was at ground level with no way to get in except through the garage. There was very little natural light in the condo. Also the only view was of trees in the back of the building.

Cons: The shower in the main bath would not hold the head at a proper angle, it had to be held in your hand. The cupboard doors need repair. The condo smelled of smoke upon check-in, with an ashtray outside on the veranda. The tv had been left on, like someone just left the room. It would be nice if the pool stayed open later than 6pm. Would be great to have a checkout leaving keys in room instead of driving to another location to drop off keys.

Cons: The water wasn’t running in one of the two rooms we booked. We tried calling to get it fixed and left a message which the management says they never received. We spoke to the manager when we checked out and she said she would Look into it and call me back within 48 hrs otherwise to call her. I. Ever heard back from her so I called and left a message two days ago but still haven’t heard back. The least she could do was return my call.

Pros: The location was good and it was nice to have 2 free parking spots included. Having the master suite on the top floor and the 4 other bedrooms and a full bath on the lowest level was also nice.
Cons: We booked a different, more modern unit with a hot tub and only after booking and paying a deposit were we told that the unit we had booked was not available so we were being moved to this unit which was less modern and had no hot tub. I asked about cancelling without penalty but they didn't get back to me right away - at which point another option was also booked. Also, when asking about late check out they gave me a number to call the night before but it was either busy or said I couldn't get through. The same thing happened the next morning. This unit is a bit old fashioned and out dated but, ultimately, comfortable.
