Location and reception service
Breakfast made me feel uncomfortable. The all things are stuffed in a relatively small table , it was not easy to take the food from the center of the table without risking a contact of the arm with other food. Just one bottle of milk and one of the waiter watching my glass with a kind of disappointing look when I was filling it with milk.

The hotel stay was good, yet the rental by car was the worst experience ever, I was not provided a car cuz my flight was delayed, employees at Sicily by car were super rude and not helpful, and neither booking nor rentalbycar returned my money

All Modena historic sights in walking distance. Clean, quiet room with modern interior. Plentiful breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Public parking in front of the hotel (if you're lucky) - ask immediately for a free parking ticket at the reception!
