Pros (+) It was right across from a clean subway.
Cons (-) There isn't much to do near the hotel.

Pros (+) About everything, specially the warm welcoming and breakfast.
Cons (-) Just to mention something, I would said the a/c system was not functioning well. But, giving the fact the was the beginning of fall, there was not need to use it.
