Pros (+) Very beautiful rooms, easy check-in and almost all staff were quite helpful. Very great cleaning staff.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not included, which is a bit strange for an Italian hotel. Not very happy with that. One front desk employee was a bit rude to my girlfriend - but the other two made up for it by being beyond helpful and charming.
