You cannot completely complain when it you get what you pay for and it at least was clean.
The surrounding area was horrible, I almost thought that I was in stranded part of town. Thankfully that was not the case as there is a neighborhood across the west side. But the Chinatown and trolley station makes the atmosphere feel terrible. I dont understand why all the buildings in the complex did not open all at once in a business and client sense, their reasoning is terrible at best. Even when they all open, there is going to be no common sense in the blueprint, unless it is a trans business effort. But even then no one will get the vibe out of it, I certainly did not.
Good located, good underground parking, comfortable bed.
It was very cold in the room. Aircon didn't work for heating properly. When we asked a receptionist to help us with this problem, he offered us to follow the instructions and fix it by ourselves. Is it normal Italian-stile service?!
Great location, little walk to China town to where you can find many places to dine. The tram stop is pretty much outside the hotel location to where this can take you all the way into the CBD. Make sure you grab a map from the reception and they will happily show you the key spots to head to. Parking is easy, they have a parking lot undergroud.
The lift from the parking lot is a little touch and go but we didn't die ;)
Very close to metro. Clean, modern rooms.
The interior of the room seemed renovated recently. Good and clean bathroom. Very nice view to the cemetery.
There was no clear signaling towards the entrance. We got lost and were not sure where to go. The construction work really blocked the way and we went through doors and buildings. Finally we arrived. The room was spacious but the bed really uncomfortable especially the pillows! The room was not very soundproof especially from the other rooms. The TV channels were in italian so for visitors like us, hard to enjoy any.
