The room was great and the beds very comfortable.
I didn´t like that in the page where I made the reservation, it said then parking was included. But when I arrived they said they had no parking available, and later when one became available they charged me for the parking.
Clean and comfortable. Overall though I would describe my stay as average- not exceptional and I likely would not return.
I selected this hotel because booking.com said they offered a hotel shuttle. When I landed in Mendoza I had a message from them saying I should find a taxi. Also, they knew very little about the city and securing transportation to local venues i.e. Winery, hot springs, etc. Staff also spoke limited English, which is of course fine when I'm traveling in another country- but I also selected this hotel because booking.com said they spoke English- I really neede help arranging my transportation.
The cleanliness of the carpets in the room. The pillows.
Nice staff that was always willing to assist us. Lemon water, some fresh fruits such as grapes and apples were available free of charge in the lobby. Modern hotel, with nice decor touches to make it different from others, nice and spacious rooms
Breakfast was one of the worse we had on our travels...that was the only thing we didn’t like about this hotel. We only stayed one night but if we would have stayed longer, we would definitely go out to have breakfast outside. No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms. If you travel alone, it's recommended not to walk alone at night as the hotel is a bit outside of the main, busy streets
Location is more convenient for discovering Mendoza. We went here after a disaster with another accomodation that we booked through this site. Before we got there, the hotel could not do enough to help, simply excellent assistance. The Easter display looked marvellous and I'm sure that my wife would have enjoyed the free sparkling wine at breakfast.
No tea/coffee or kettle in a family suite. Makes mixing up baby formula a challenge! Surely a bath is an essential in a family suite? Such a massive space but only a shower, it doesn't make sense to me. No cutlery/crockery provide despite a decent kitchenette. There is a number to ring for more but we only found it after housekeeping had closed for the day (but they were amazing when I needed to get back into the room after checkout when I realised that I'd left my son's medication in the minibar fridge). The painfully slow check out.
