I was really disappointed by this place. This hostel it’s seriously overrated. I had to check out from my room because they said they were fully booked and couldn’t extend in the same room . So I checked out at 10 moved all my stuff out and had to wait till 2 pm , check in in the most messy awful room I have ever seen in my entire life . That room was so messy I couldn’t walk to the bed because all the stuff people left all over the place and clearly housekeeping doesent care about this situation . I was feeling claustrophobic! I asked to change room , and guess what ? I was sent to my previous room !? Confusing and annoying ! In the kitchen there are no cups , no enough cutlery , it’s dirty and there is not enough room in fridges. Plus I have to say the reception staff was not the most friendly/professional , they could at list apologize to me. But seems like tho only thing they care about is offering drinks to people in exchange of a good review so they can keep the score high (unfairly)!
Friendly staff, and an excellent location. Clean rooms. An overall good vibe. Highly recommend!
Kitchen was dirty most of the time
great location for tram, bus and skybus access
Had a nice picnic table area. Tram is right outside the hostel.
Rooms could use a good cleaning, found tons of scraps underneath and on the sides of the beds.
