Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, spacious rooms, and well-maintained pool and wellness areas. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though a few experienced issues with reception or inconsistent service. The breakfast received frequent criticism for its limited variety and quality, with several guests suggesting improvements. Despite some negative feedback on breakfast and minor complaints about amenities, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding location, room size, and spa facilities.
