The riad is beautifully cosy as for the room. Spacious and very oriental atmosphere. The location is easy to reach by taxi because it is not inside the Medina but on the external part. Be aware that the taxi driver will try to scam you by taking streets inside the Medina. Check the route with google maps before.
We choose this riad because of the SPA, but at our arrival, we have been informed that this service was available as extra with another partner. The riad offers a very limited choice for dinner, they don't have a restaurant so the food come from outside. Our bathroom had a small problem with humidity
The staff really friendly specially Rasheed and they make you feel as you are at home...it feels safe plus the rooftop is beautiful and breakfast was yummy
At night it feels a bit quiet but not that bad it still beautiful
nice Terrace; tasteful ambiance; cleanliness; friendly stuff; good communication
The 4-person maisontte room doesn´t have sufficient space for 4 adults with standard luggage (3 medium suitcases) and is too cramped! However, the friendly stuff managed a fair and comfortable solution. Finally, we had a comfortable stay.
It was our first night in Marrakech. It is a bit close to the mosques so be prepared to be awakened in the morning.
good breakfast and staff service was great and the terrace on the top was nice
I never really felt that safe walking around the riad And then on our last night We walked home after dinner and saw the aftermath of some kind of incident. A lot of blood on floor, someone got into an ambulance covered in blood, ambulance and police and big crowd. this shook us quite a bit And then later on that night someone tried to break into the riad, shouting for a while, banging on the door, smashing glass or bottles outside, I told my Moroccan friend and he called the police. we couldn’t sleep very well He told me that it’s not a good area and better to stay more central or in the west Glad that it was our last night. I wouldn’t stay here again just because safety. Theres nicer areas in the west of Médina closer to the main road where you can walk out and have a nice environment with other tourists instead of putting safety at risk
