The staff - Hassan- was so nice and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. I was traveling with my daughter and i was a bit concern to walk back to the riad by ourselves so he went to pick us up. It was a bit tricky to communicate with him because i don't speak French or Arabic, but we managed. Hassan (our tour guy) was super helpful with helping us to communicate with Hassan (From the Riad) The food was incredible. I do highly recommend this Riad.
I was a bit concern walking back late to the Riad, because I was with my teen daughter alone.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The "Rashidas" running the place were kind and helpful. The Riad itself was picturesque and well-kept. Prices per night were more than fair.
The hot tub did not work the entire stay and the staff did not communicate it was broken to us. Also, this Riad's location is tucked away and locals will try to take advantage of you, leading you the wrong way, telling you were going the wrong way, and even following you after you tell them know. Be ware. The on-site staff speaks little English, but is very helpful once you connect with the off-site manager.
The best meal we had was at the Riad, it was utterly incredible. Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing and we felt really taken care of. The only downside was that we would have liked to use the hot tub / jacuzzi. I would 100% recommend this place, you feel a millio miles from the city, it is peaceful, clean, private and quiet yet we made friends from the moment we arrived and were never short of people to talk to.
The two Rachidas and Hassan were so helpful and friendly.
I stayed in h20 room which was lovely but a litttle noisy as it faces the courtyard
ladies who served breakfast were nice. nice terrece
its not as beautiful like it showed on picture. the place look very old and dirty . its high time for them to repaint the property. bathroom looked very cheap . it was very hard to find the place. u definitely need a local's or taxi's help to get there , if u take local to help you they r gonna ask u for money so have some change in hand.
