Joseph was a great help to any question or need we had. He even suggest one of the best restaurant we visited in Medina. Bazar cafe. Great help was lady in the kitchen. They help us by making tran providing some silverware and other small things. We very much enjoyed the upper terrace. One can relax there in any time of the day and night. The position of the riad is excellent if you like to enjoy all the small streets of Medina.
As riad it has the open space inside and you go stairs to each floor where you enter your room from gallery. If somebody is smoking downstairs in that middle space then you get all the smoke in your room, which has no other opening then ventilation in the toilet. If you close all windows on the gallery then the air-conditioning is the only way to cool down but as everybody knows it is not comfortable to sleep with it on during whole night. There is a terrace completely on top which has great view and one can smoke there. Nobody seems to use it as the people are so glued to internet these days so they are catched downstairs where they have good connection.
Prime location, next to Jamaa el Fna square but no issues with outside noise. Breakfast was very good, staff were there all the time if you need them.
The wifi in the room could have been stronger, for pleasant use.
Clean and quiet. Staff is totally dedicated and helpful. Breakfast included. Overall rate in December was very good .
Room and bathroom are small, lacking windows, but acceptable in a traditional Riad
The riad is beautiful and clean. You can walk everywhere from it. It's literally 5 minutes walking from the main square. The breakfast was very good too: the owner provided fresh pastries in the morning! The owner was also very friendly and relaxed and gave us all the information we needed to visit Marrakech. If I was going back to Marrakech I would stay at this riad again!
The room could accomodate 4 adults. Although it wasn't very big, it was fine for us because we were there for 2 nights and we spent most of our time exploring Marrakech!
The staff were very friendly and very helpful
There wasn't anything I didn't like
