Friendly staff, french main language but one member of staff speaks English. They offer pick up service from the airport, and though more expensive that the local taxi's, it is recommendable as it is otherwise difficult to locate the Riad.
great room, pleasant friendly staff, good value for money
located in seedy part of Marrakesh, but then all of Marrakesh is seedy; got lost trying to find main square.
Its a small Riad but very comfortable and beautiful, the staff are great, very nice, and very helpfull in everything. The bedrooms are beautiful... The location is great very close to the Jemaa el Fna.
Its hard to find at the first time, but with the help of some local boy you find it!
one of my best memories in marrakech
Altho dailies didn't speak English they did their best tomake us welcome. Cleanliness was welcome. V comfortable room, good air con. Food was terrific.
It didn't show on the website the outside of the hotel or infirm you that it was in the old city.
Staff very welcoming & keen to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We liked the fact that the Riad was small & traditional rather than a standard hotel.
Having read a previous comment before we booked, we too found that we couldn't use our credit card to pay our bill. We were told the machine was broken. Either they do or don't accept credit cards. This should be made clear in the description of the hotel.
the location was perfect. It was in the center of the medina, close to the souks, the beach, restaurants, etc. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and took extra care to walk me to the bus station to exchange my ticket.
Good first impression but unfortunately downhill after that.
We stayed for a week. I would only recommend for 2 nights maximum. Sheets and towells not changed, the bathroom was dirty, room was small with no natural light, staff hardly ever there particularly the manager, hotel does not accept credit card payments, there is no bar and no restaurant, we observed mice in the kitchen including a dead mouse in a cup on the kitchen work surfaces, the manager was unwilling to negotiate a reduced price as we were unhappy with cleanliness in room and in kitchen and would not eat breakfast at the Riad. Very difficult to find, map does not show correct location of riad and addditionally it is down quite a poky street and is not signposted even on the door which is just labelled with the number 11.
Cleanliness of the rooms, nice and helpful staff.
Location, and parking. In my booking said that I could use a nearby parking for 1€ per day, when I got there the guy from the Hotel told me that he didn't know anything about it, he pointed me to the nearest parking where they wanted to charge me 6€ per day, after many discussions I got it for 4 €.
The caretaker was very polite and the service was good except for the same breakfast everyday.Very convience location just a ten minutes walk from the square. We enjoyed the place very much
same breakfast everyday
Located in Medina, this riad is within a 10-minute walk of Dar el Bacha Palace and Ben Youssef Mosque. Almoravid Koubba and Marrakesh Museum are also within 15 minutes.
