The staff were excellent - the elderly lasy cleaned daily with fresh towels, swept room and spotless cleaning. The reception was covered by a young man who spoke little english but was attentive to need, very polite, prepared breakfast and helpful and a yound lady who spoke very goode english, nothing was too much trouble, sorted out our hotel taxi to airport, directed us to the key highlights, explained the culture and made you feel welcome. Nothing was too much to ask for. Breakfast was varied - bread, croissant, jam x 2, fruit variety, youghurt, juice, coffee and tea...too much for us to eat it all. The upstairs terrace was pleasant to relax and sit in at night under the stars and cool breeze. Rooms were clean and well maintained as was the whole Riad
Cats ...as was explained to us, there is no sterlisation and so cats are rife in the alleys and sadly would creep in to the Riad via the roof.
Friendly stuff, nice breakfast, breathtaking riad
Within a short walk to the markets. Clean and good quality accommodation. Nice roof top terrace for a relaxation.
Hard to find. Not accessible by taxi. Taxidriver dropped us a few blocks away. Aircondition could not cope with the extreme hot weather in Marrakech.
There is very cosy atmosphere in whole Riad. The rooftop terrace with a various type of seating is perfect. The breakfast was great and with the great service. Moroccan tea as a welcome drink and every day with the breakfast, is what I am looking for in Morocco. It is close to the Medina, just 10 min walk and you will get to the busy but authentic square with the market and lot of cafes and roof top restaurants. Narrow streets, Morrocan tea, nice people, this is Marrakesh.
We stayed there for 2 nights and the guy at the reception made us two times an early breakfast (6:30am) without any problem. Even though the guy at Reception didn't speak any English he was very kind and always tried to help us. The payment process was quick and easy. The terrace at the top was lovely and we enjoyed a cup of mint tea. The staff gave us a good advice about restaurant and places to visit. It was very secure. We left money and passport inside the room and nothing got lost.
The room was a bit small and the fact that the guy at the Reception didn't understand us made the communication a bit hard.
