Mohammed the kind guy making omelette and tea for me for free late one evening.I suffer with dabetes
That they packed my things and woke me up and sayed I had to move in some hours because of they where closing because of corona and very little bookings Why not wake me up and let me pack my belongings They put dirty clothes my passport food shampoo all together mixed in plastic bags Refused to pay my money back Sendend me to another hostel after 7 hours wating . Lost one day because of that !!!.The receptionist then weared my 75 euros shoes After long discussion finally got them back They where placed under my bed when he stole them Next day Thet closed the other hostel.I gave up and left myself to a hotel without getting my money back for 3 payed nights I will never book a bed in one if the 6 hostels un this company Very bad madras ib the bed
We really liked the atmosphere in the common spaces (dinning room and terrace), the people were very friendly and nice to spend time with, the staff was helpful and engaged.
There were bedbugs in my bed and I got badly bitten by them at night. The level of safety wasn't satisfactory either. There was no safe place to leave our valuable belongings, because the only option offered by the hostel was to put them into a wooden locker which can be very easily broken. During our stay two people from the hostel got their wallets stolen. The main hostel door were very often open and unprotected, anybody could enter. The rooms weren't closed at all (we didn't get any key or code for our room's door, they were always open).
The people who are working there are very friendly and helpful, they will help u with everything they can!
The bathrooms weren’t that clean, but it wasn’t only the fault of the hostel, but also of the guests who didn’t cleaned after themselves
Easy to find, well placed location ,close to everything important in Marrakech, very friendly staff, no traffic noice , towel as many as you need, good coffee and good breakfast, with flexible hours(if you want to eat early, somebody wake up at any hour and prepare for you witch is more than perfect), Pretty clean toilets, terraces where you can lay all day long in the sun,you can smoke on corridors, as they are kind of an open space.
Music was playing by host all day , up to late in the night, without beeing necessary... A room mate wallet was stolen in the first night when we arrived , from the hotel safe place, and also another women purse next morning while she was at shower. After that, you can imagine that is impossible to go outside of hotel, without take al your valuables with you(camera, all money, cards, wallets, passports, rings, ear rings ,etc etc) if you want to be relaxed. The beds don t come with clean bedding ,or don t come with bedding at all, and the mattresses are terrible... The floor from the room and the sofas from corridor are not clean at all, the toilet looks like XIX century, but they are clean. You can not pay by card, and WiFi is available but never work properly.
Tea any time we wanted. Terrace.
Small breakfast, if I compare it with others in Morocco.
