Great hotel, comfy spacious rooms - exceptional choice of food continuously available throughout the day. Friendly, helpful staff. Public areas continually being cleaned.
Not so keen on the walk back through the dark 'wasteland' from the beach front at night but not a huge issue at all.
The vibe of the hotel was quite nice and one of the staff was really help ful. The name of the staff in my opinion was Merut on reception.
The beach was not nice and is around 100m’s away from the property and the toilet is a bit smelly without any reasons.
They had pancakes for breakfast.
The staff were rude. Room was not what I paid for. Indoor pool was not heated. Staff at pool Blamed reception. Reception blamed staff by pool. Utter shambles.
Nothing at all. literally it was a miserable stay.
First of all, I'll start with main issue we face during arrival. The hotel was a construction area. A lot of workers working around with many noises. Most of the hotel facilities was closed for construction, no swimming pools, no sitting area, nothing at all. During our arrival they provide us a room that smells like sewage, phone service was dead (if you need anything from room service you've to go to reception), bed sheets was dirty and used, one chair was available and no stands near the bed to put your items on. Once you enter the room you'll go 12 years back in-time as you'll find 32" LCD fitted on the wall, come-on!!! Lightning in corridor was bad and you'll find devices hanging by a wire and you'll expect a Zombie to show in the next turn. If you try to request a tissue from room service, you'll be surprised that it's not their standard to provide it in the room (we're speaking about 5 stars hotel here) only you can use the one available in toilet. No need to mention anything more about Wi-Fi service that you've to re-connect every 3 min and fill registration page by using your passport number. Breakfast was bad, cold and not tasty at all. The funny thing that anyone from upper/next rooms uses the toilet, you'll feel that he's doing it next to you. I'll recommend the management to downgrade the hotel to 2 stars as it will be suitable for offered services and facilities.
