Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful service, with many mentioning the staff and management by name. The location was highly appreciated, especially for its proximity to ski lifts and beautiful mountain views. Cleanliness and well-maintained facilities were consistently highlighted. The breakfast and dining experiences received strong positive feedback, with several guests recommending the half-board option.
